    Ibooked Parkside for a group of 17 ladies excellent we can all have single room no supplement. Bad news after booking they did not file the list of names I sent it not once 3 times staff on phone rude unhelpfull, I was made to feel guilty we had not booked full week blocking rooms that could have been used for week.final straw was email saying 7 day guests had been allocated best rooms as was they said only fair.I dont think I should have been tolled this now i dont want to go. The last time I stayed Niel who seems to be in charge was very rude and bossy if you can put up with him everything else is for the cost is good.
